Subject: Signature on recovery information failed to verify: The encrypted data has been modified or the wrong key was used to decrypt it
Feedback Type: Question
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Error Message
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Always

I see the following message in the server console on all of my servers in a domain at startup:

"Signature on recovery information failed to verify: The encrypted data has been modified or the wrong key was used to decrypt it"

This message then repeats every 24 hours after that. This began after we migrated from Windows Server 2003 to 2008. All of the 2008 server were set up as new servers and data was migrated to them. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?
